Advisory Board

Tim is the President and CEO of Municipal Strategies & Solutions, LLC. With over thirty years of experience in financial analysis and control, Tim has worked with municipalities, large corporations, nonprofits, and academic research organizations.

He served as the Director of Research for the Citizens Budget Commission in New York City and held the position of Vice President/Director of Finance for the Nassau Health Care Corporation, overseeing audits, budgeting, and capital financings. Tim also served as the Director of Financial Planning for the Long Island Power Authority and headed revenue and economic analysis for the Nassau Interim Finance Authority.

He holds a master’s degree in International Economics from Fordham University and has performed research for Wharton Econometric Forecasting Associates.

Tim Sullivan

Therese is a highly regarded business leader and entrepreneur with an extensive track record in international management and consulting. As Chief Executive Officer of The Northridge Group, Therese is committed to providing real-world, cost-effective and executable solutions that drive profitability. Through a deep understanding of analytics and honest discussion, Therese creates simplified and attainable business solutions for organizations with complex operational problems.

She advises C-level executives across the Fortune 100 and has, on occasion, acted as an interim executive. Under her leadership, Northridge has operated profitably each year since its inception. Therese holds a BA in accounting from St. Norbert College and an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She serves on several boards including DePaul University and The Cradle Foundation, one of the foremost adoption agencies in the country. She is a former chair on the board for The Chicago Network

Therese Fauerbach

Robert Stricoff is the Chief External Affairs Officer for EAC NETWORK. Prior to that, was the Senior Advancement Officer at Molloy College, where he raised over $2.5 million in donations and played a key role in the college’s fundraising successes. He has significant experience in fundraising and public relations, along with a strong commitment to community growth.

Robert has served in various senior policy-making roles in Babylon Town and Suffolk County’s political and governmental arena, leading winning campaigns and orchestrating economic development initiatives. He is recognized for his leadership and dedication to enhancing Long Island’s economic development. Robert is a former Army sergeant, board member of ACIT and Director of Development for ADDAPT. He holds a BA from CUNY Queens College and an MSA from Central Michigan University.
